Peter J.A. Stuart (Pty) Ltd is a major wholesaler of high quality imported furniture. We have 40 years experience in supplying reliable and durable furniture manufactured mainly in Italy. We specialise in chairs, tables, table tops and table bases.  Our catalogue includes over a 1000 different products, which we store in our large warehouse  in Wynberg,  Sandton. We import our wooden chairs in a raw form to make them fully customizable to our client’s specifications. The colour of wood stain and fabric choice can be entirely up to you.  

There are five main product categories on display in our showroom: Italian designer furniture, modern classics, traditional reproduction, contract furniture and outdoor furniture.

1.    Italian designer furniture.
This includes the latest contemporary chairs and tables available, manufactured by leading designer houses.

2.    Modern Classics.
We have 88 modern classic items, all high quality masterpieces. Treat yourself to the evergreens of the furniture world, and enjoy a lifetime of design excellence, comfort and pleasure.

3.    Traditional Reproduction.
We offer a vast range of dining chairs, dining tables, consoles, occasional chairs, cabinets, and reception chairs, often referred to as classic furniture. You can stain chairs in a colour of your choice and have fun using the multitude of different fabrics available from leading international fabric houses.

4.    Contract Furniture.
Our comprehensive range of chairs for nearly all applications include restaurants and fast food stores, coffee shops, canteens, corporate facilities and hotels. We also stock a range of German table tops and the supporting table bases of your choice.

5.    Outdoor furniture.
This range of furniture ideal for your patios and garden areas. They are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours. We offer a complete setting, including lounges and matching tables.
